Daily in good ways.
Everyday there's something new. So many people require you to keep on your toes on you deal with them to the best of your ability. But it's a great challenge to have.
What's the office layout like at Leaf Group?
Open layout. Some offices for execs.
Open open open. Execs have offices but with glass walls.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Leaf Group?
That there would be some people who were ready to be elsewhere but reluctant to do so.
How open they are to change to make the company better. I would have assumed more red tape!
How's the morale at Leaf Group?
I think it's good. It could be better but I think that will change fore the better over time.
As the company gets more positive people as part of its team, it gets better. People work hard and are really passionate about what we do.

Not many.

Promotions seem random and are apparently awarded to those who play political games the best.

Their Vacation Policy. Healthy food options around the office.

Great. They are relatively inexpensive and fairly comprehensive.

Since we have so many brands, some are more than others but as a whole, in the lifestyle branding space, pretty unique.

More importantly, growth and success are discussions the leaders have with their teams. It's a mixture of employee goals, KPIs for the business unit and creating efficiencies.
