Understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Once you reach a managerial position, there is no support as you navigate your duties.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive thing about my work environment are the few friendly people that make it bearable

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Collaborating with lower level members to create lasting change and better our work environment so everyone doesn't want to quit all the time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is little to no support from upper level management to alleviate issues. We are wildly understaffed which contributes to intense over working and burn out.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There were very clear cut parameters. They told me when they would call and that they would call even if I didn't get it. There was no speed interview, just a classic one on one interview process.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Due to the terrible work environment, everyone is very hostile toward each other and most people have the attitude of wanting to quit. No one wants to put in effort for a company that doesn't care about them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do the work of three people, I'm on call or at the office (or both) 7 days a week. I only get paid $15 and hour for a managerial position. Rather than hiring more people to help with the work load, most of the people in our office just do the work of 4 individuals. Over worked and under paid.
