Lee Enterprises Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commission rates and incentives for performance,

the vacation time is generous

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do the work of three people, I'm on call or at the office (or both) 7 days a week. I only get paid $15 and hour for a managerial position. Rather than hiring more people to help with the work load, most of the people in our office just do the work of 4 individuals. Over worked and under paid.

It has been over five years since our last pay raise
