What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together as a tag team. We are cross-trained to do multiple things which keeps things interesting and let's each act as a back-up for one another. We have fun testing new ideas. I love my team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a growth mindset. We are always trying to improve on what we are doing. We are supportive of one another. Learning, growing and having fun are all a part of our day-to-day culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight forward. I was told what was expected in the position and asked my take on how I would address different challenges. I interviewed with several people as is common in roles like mine. I enjoyed the people and the type of challenges the work presented.
