Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I still was able to earn it, they took that from me.
The market rate for my skills are higher than we offer in compensation based on research. Also, I have additional certifications required by the company that I achieve, achieved and have not been compensated for the time and effort.

Be more cognizant of others around them.
