    Undervalued because I have team members who have the dirty work they don't want to do themselves for me to do. They get away with this behavior because they are related to their manager. Better pay, management support & make all members of departments responsible & accountable for their own workload

    Treating all employees as equals instead of playing favorites with family members whom they are not supposed to have direct supervision over.
