Patrick J. Dunne — Chief Capital Officer at LendingClub

Mr. Patrick J. Dunne has been Chief Capital Officer at LendingClub Corporation since July 18, 2016. Mr. Dunne is responsible for managing Lending Club's Investor Group which spans individual investors, strategic partnerships with retail distribution partners, banks and other institutional investors including asset managers, pensions, foundations and endowments. He has 25 years of investment experience, he has held a diverse set of senior investment leadership roles at BlackRock, iShares and Barclays Global Investors. Mr. Dunne was the Chief Executive Officer and President at BlackRock Asset Management International Inc. since October 9, 2013. Mr. Dunne also served as the Head of iShares Global Markets and Investments at BlackRock, Inc. He was the Chief Executive Officer and President at iShares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC since September 2011 and previously was the Global Head of Securities Lending and Cash Management from December 2005 to April 2008, Head of Securities Lending for North America from August 2003 to December 2005 and Global Chief Operating Officer of the iShares business from October 2010 to October 2011 at iShares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC. Previously, Mr. Dunne was the Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Global Investor Services Europe from January 2002 to August 2003. He served as a Principal at Barclays Global Investors Ltd. from May 2003 to December 2005 and was also a registered associated person of it from September 2003 to December 2005. Mr. Dunne served as the Head of Strategy at Barclays Global Investor Services North America from August 2000 to December 2001. He served as the Head of Fixed Income Trading at Barclays Global Investor Services North America from February 1995 to August 1999, Head of Fixed Income Trading from February 1995 to August 1999, Senior Fixed Income Trader from February 1994 to March 1995 and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager from February 1992 to February 1994. He received a Master of Science degree in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California Berkeley in 1991.
