What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is good transparency throughout the company
They listen and always respond.
They are always there to lend a hand and answer questions.
They are very open and transparent with the employees
A much stronger leadership team than ever before!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Eliminate the guys who brings up nepotism. Stop bullshiting and keep innovating.
Open to ideas from new folks coming into the organization
Treat employees as humans beings
Change at the top is required
Not hiring people who care only about managing up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, the conversations are geared around how can we best take care of our employees and there are great options to take care of folks
Equity tied to longer term performance
Health benefits are very good
I appreciated the overall package of compensation. Individually, the parts don't necessarily stand out, but that they are all provided is more what is the best part
Pay is good, 401k match is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry standard is high and no inflation adjustnent
Underpaid in the bay area
I have been killing it all year and would have loved to have been recognized halfway through with some kind of perk.

they are such hard working good people, wish their work was recognized by higher ups

Replace the CEO and CFO
Fire the fat and get rid of all VPs

Good challenging real life algo and data structure problems rather that complete theoretical
The people I met with made things very comfortable

Meet multiple people and give different perspectives
again it was the transparency shown in the interview

Be transparent, find people who is qualified rather who the leadership know
What makes you most happy at work?
I am taken care of. Perks wise, being able to work from home
Being able to sell my heart out.
