Mr. Casey served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of iHeartCommunications, Inc. (Alternate: Clear Channel Communications, Inc.), and iHeartMedia, Inc. (Alternate: CC Media Holdings, Inc.) from January 4, 2010 to July 29, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WMIH Corp., (Formerly, WMI Holdings Corp. & Washington Mutual Inc.) until October 2008. He served as a Vice President of General Electric Company. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of GE Financial Assurance (now part of GE Insurance) since 1999. As a Member of the President's Council, Mr. Casey oversaw all aspects of WMIH Corp's corporate finance and investor relations functions. He began his career in 1984 at Coopers & Lybrand as an Audit Supervisor focusing on the financial services industry. He joined CitiCorp. in 1990 before moving to GE Capital Corp. He worked at GE Capital Corp. from 1992 to 2002, where he held advising, controllership and analyst positions. Mr. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
