Mr. Thomas W. Casey, also known as Tom, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of LendingClub Corporation since September 19, 2016. Mr. Casey joined Lending Club with extensive experience and strategic perspective across the entire range of financial functions, including financial accounting, reporting and planning and analysis. Mr. Casey served as an Executive Officer at Acelity L.P. Inc. since September 16, 2016. Mr. Casey served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Acelity Holdings, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Acelity L.P. Inc. from November 2014 to September 16, 2016. He has more than two decades of senior financial services leadership experience at GE Capital, Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase and Citicorp. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc., from January 4, 2010 to July 29, 2013. He has 30 years of financial accounting, reporting, planning and analysis experience, which include nearly two decades of roles in senior leadership. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of iHeartMedia Capital I, LLC (Alternate: Clear Channel Capital I, LLC) until July 2013. Mr. Casey served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of iHeartCommunications, Inc. (Alternate: Clear Channel Communications, Inc.), and iHeartMedia, Inc. (Alternate: CC Media Holdings, Inc.) from January 4, 2010 to July 29, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WMIH Corp., (Formerly, WMI Holdings Corp. & Washington Mutual Inc.) until October 2008. He served as a Vice President of General Electric Company. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of GE Financial Assurance (now part of GE Insurance) since 1999. As a Member of the President's Council, Mr. Casey oversaw all aspects of WMIH Corp's corporate finance and investor relations functions. He began his career in 1984 at Coopers & Lybrand as an Audit Supervisor focusing on the financial services industry. He joined CitiCorp. in 1990 before moving to GE Capital Corp. He worked at GE Capital Corp. from 1992 to 2002, where he held advising, controllership and analyst positions. Mr. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
