What did you like most about the interview process? It was thorough and fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The easiest thing to say is Lennar cares about its associates and understands that treating them well adds to the bottom line.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? The company's onboarding process is excellent. My local interview process was ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish I would have heeded the warning signs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? My coworkers could improve if senior leadership expected some level of accountability and transparency.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The way we treat customers is terrible, its all about costs/profits not doing the right thing
