In addition to flexible work, yearly bonuses, and employee events and appreciation, they have a culture of appreciation especially the Celebrate cool points platform, where points can be redeemed for purchasable goods.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel comfortable responding.
The supervisor don't know hot to motivate the employees,and also picked her or his favorism
Pay is lower than industry average and annual review is conducted in an unreasonably high threshold
I do not believe that the company understands what other companies are providing in terms of salary & benefits. Hiring consultants and looking at broader markets is not the right way to set compensation. They need to look at other employers in the same market.
Top management overpaid. Junior managers overworkked
Males are paid higher wages in supervisory roles
