I do not believe that the company understands what other companies are providing in terms of salary & benefits. Hiring consultants and looking at broader markets is not the right way to set compensation. They need to look at other employers in the same market.
Top management overpaid. Junior managers overworkked
The supervisor don't know hot to motivate the employees,and also picked her or his favorism

Companies can't keep good people. Lots of bad actors. Most people there are either too comfortable in their own little world or hire without any proper vetting. I mean those people have personality problems, showed deranged behaviors

It's ok for the question part but not much as basically telling someone that are going to get the position but months later you still haven't gotten the position or even start training. Been put on the back burner multiple times for the company, no growth or hope for people who want to grow.
Actually have people in HR who care. Our HR department in Grenada Ms is HORRIBLE.. they are rude and so snobby
