Continuous change of direction and reorganizations. Everybody waiting for the next organization, impossible to get to any result

People in LEO Pharma would like to make the journey successful but they are treated badly, as if they're guilty of poor results

CEO Christophe Bourdon is not honest. There is no way to make a better company culture if the CEO is not honest
