Review from Customer Success Dept
They're solid, and all demonstrate the company's core values from the top, which trickles down and positively impacts each individual
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication across the team and understanding individual employees.
Review from Sales Dept
The benefits package itself is substantial
Variable comp is fair and pushes us to exceed goals
Review from Engineering Dept
Our healthcare is a huge plus.
Review from Customer Success Dept
The best part is probably the travel stipend, although I haven't had a chance to use it in the ~2 years since I started working at Levelset (that's my own fault though!).
Review from Marketing Dept
Commission package is pretty good.
Review from Sales Dept
Unique roles that don't have a benchmark for salary should be looked into further and assessed. Look at who is doing the real heavy lifting, turning the wheels behind the big projects, and really making it happen. Not just the "leaders".
Review from Legal Dept
Tech salaries (admittedly across New Orleans) are definitely lower compared to nearly everywhere outside of the south.
Review from Engineering Dept
I think base salaries across all positions should start at $50k. We are based in cities where our rate of pay does not allow us to keep up with the costs of living and THRIVING. Way too many contests for money we all deserve - just raise our base pay instead.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I wouldn't say I feel undervalued because I do feel valued, I would just say that we should revisit the compensation.
Review from Operations Dept
Comparing with other companies that are even smaller in size than Levelset, a peer of mine could be making 1.5x of what I'm doing and sometimes more, with less experience.
Review from Engineering Dept
They're intelligent people who are not only great at what they do, but are also excited to be there
I enjoy everyone I work with
Everyone is bought into the company mission, and it is evident in interactions amongst different teams internally
Review from Engineering Dept
The way that everyone works together and gets along so well.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Everyone is so smart! And so friendly, helpful, and cool. Love them.
Review from Marketing Dept
Better communication between departments and better office space.
Review from Sales Dept
Be more mature/professional and push each other to grow rather than compete with one another.
Review from Sales Dept
They make things exciting regularly
It continues to build while remaining constant.
It is a fast paced environment - which can be daunting sometimes - but there is plenty of support around you when you need a hand
Review from Engineering Dept
The people and the way that everyone, no matter what team they are on, is working towards the same goal.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Your ideas matter, we celebrate our successes, and we are always having fun.
Review from Sales Dept
Less strain on employees for not hitting number. Better job security.
Review from Sales Dept
Team was keen to let me know details about the company to help me have a win-win decision about joining
Review from Engineering Dept
I felt like I was having a real conversation with someone who was genuinely interested in my ideas. I never felt like I was being judged, and I never felt like a "number."
Review from Customer Support Dept
It didn't feel like an evaluation, just a venn diagram of expectations/needs coming together. We had quite a few items fall in the middle portion, and it made sense to team up.
Review from Sales Dept
The sales management team wanted me to read two books in preparation for my second interview, and it was challenging because I was wrapping up my senior year of college at the time, but it allowed me to grow in my knowledge base and be that much more prepared for the role.

Too overreaching in product and expansion without focusing on the individual employees in one location.
