My overall experience started great and then I started to see the inside scoop on how the place runs, managers and how often and seldom they let go of employees. Experience has not been a learning experience.

The problem at my workplace is I have no team.

There is not much positive unless you are higher management

Customer interaction, solving problems, being helpful to those around me, meeting goals, achieving excellent CEO scores
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not picking and choosing favorites and letting certain personalities excel versus others. Learning to give equal opportunity to all and to train better. To be more engaged and treat employees with higher value. Turn over rate. Learn to invest in your employees and to give them opportunities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put in my all at my job and sometimes I feel I do more than others around me. I provide the best customer service to our customers and do my best to make sure every customer returns/recommends. Priority goes to those chosen or closest to owners/managers. I am not taken seriously
