Not picking and choosing favorites and letting certain personalities excel versus others. Learning to give equal opportunity to all and to train better. To be more engaged and treat employees with higher value. Turn over rate. Learn to invest in your employees and to give them opportunities.

I put in my all at my job and sometimes I feel I do more than others around me. I provide the best customer service to our customers and do my best to make sure every customer returns/recommends. Priority goes to those chosen or closest to owners/managers. I am not taken seriously
