What's the pay like for Engineering roles at LG Chem?
You will not starve but at the same time you will probably not think you are over paid. I think they try to keep it right at the average for west mi. They count all production engineers the same so a Cheme will make the same as an EE or a ME
I think starting now is around 55. I know we loose people fairly regularly to higher paying companies in the area.

Mine is fine. I know some people are leaning more towards work at LG

Varies by department. Most of them are pretty chill. Hours vary a lot depending on what is going on. Some weeks less than 40 but also some weeks are like 60+ Most common is 9hr day counting lunch 5 days a week.
