For IT team in specific, leadership needs to know more about the technical side. Leaders for IT teams are non IT people.
I feel as though i am just a number to them , better compensation would be better benefits
We don't work with people within our team much. We work with other teams but IT are usually seem as support so no one value our input.

Our development team has to take on a lot more responsibilities outside of our scope because other teams are inefficient.
