Mr. Klay Huddleston has been Chief Digital Officer at Libbey Inc. since November 2017. In this role, Mr. Huddleston is a member of the executive leadership team and has accountability for developing and implementing Libbey's global e-commerce business strategy. He served as Vice President of Omni-Commerce at Resource Ventures, Ltd. Mr. Huddleston rapidly growing Omni-Commerce Accelerator, he draws on his deep digital marketing and ecommerce expertise and a talented, multi-disciplinary omni-commerce team to build businesses, develop new products and launch large and complex initiatives for clients. He has a successful 22-year track record of leading e-commerce and global digital initiatives that drive revenue, margin and business transformation for top B2C and B2B brands. Prior to joining Libbey, he was Senior Vice President of Total Commerce Practice with Resource/Ammirati, an IBM Company and top digital agency, where he has spent nearly 10 years applying his skills and experience to lead key relationships and drive high profile initiatives for top brands, including 1-800-Flowers, Newell Brands, P&G, Kraft Heinz, Nestle, Barnes & Noble, CVS, Staples, Sherwin-Williams and Victoria's Secret. Before joining Resource/Ammirati, Klay held top leadership positions at Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com, where he helped acquire new customers by starting the first 'refer-a-friend' program, started and led the software and video games business and helped lead a multi-million dollar relationship between Amazon and Target. He has also led the direct-to-consumer businesses for top specialty retailers Lane Bryant and Justice Just for Girls. He held a variety of senior leadership positions for specialty retailers Lane Bryant and Tween Brands. He cut his teeth in the early days of digital marketing at CBS SportsLine and the very first social networking site, PlanetAll.com. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.
