Only as good as your last job. Way below pay scale compared to national average
Better pay and benefits would make me feel valued.
100% medical paid if we continue with the low wages & even lower wages for lower tiers simply before hired in date not experience.
Libby's management believes they're solely responsible for this company's success period the truth behind it is, the employees are what have kept his company open, and they are truly undervalued by management.

We communicate our problems & move forward together troubleshooting issues making suggestions best for the company and workers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it is a paycheck!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership and us against them mentality
Accountability and training. Better leadership and a common sense of purpose.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were friendly and seemed competent at the time.
My interview was direct, intentional and yet comfortable.

Punching out at the end of the day
Problem solving and manufacturing a high quality product.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication & reasonable accommodations for the the workers. Check shortages pay up within 48hr or don't let it happen. Make sure that rules are being in forced & punishment is being handed out equally.
