Executive Bio
Mr. William Mossing, also known as Bill, has been Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Libbey Inc. since December 2017. Mr. Mossing is responsible for developing and leading the execution of the supply chain strategy for the Americas. He served as Vice President of Supply Chain Excellence at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, LLC. Mr. Mossing served as Vice President and General Manager of Modules Business at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, LLC. He joined Libbey with 26 years of extensive cross-functional and leadership experience. He started his career with Dana Corporation as a Systems Engineer and held various positions of increasing responsibility including Global Project Manager, Director of Global Sourcing & I.T., Plant Manager and Operations Director. In 2004, he joined Bendix as an Assistant General Manager and had overall responsibility for the joint venture integration between Bendix and Dana Corporation. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Toledo, a MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification.
