It is okay for the most part, if you are looking to make a livable wage this is not the place to do it the low ball your pay and pay others way better then you. They don't care about the well being of the staff as shown during the covid-19 situation

Pay needs to be way better as an assistant store manager I get a dollar over minimum wage, this is very unacceptable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing the covid-19 outbreak by shutting down stores, this is unacceptable, none of the employees are getting laid off so they can make their money, and It seems like the company only cares about money and not the employees at all.
