Actually listen to us on the sales floor. It's not that goddamn hard but they make it that way.
They will hire anybody desperate for a job and who knows nothing about lids. We found 5 people and they all quit in under a month.
Were all in the same boat so we never put each other down. Really good respect between us all. Even our manager, who was more job-oriented and not as social, understood that.
The corporate aspect is a joke after it was bought-out by a new company they made it harder on us. Cut-out the bonus system and started paying supervisors/managers less. Both district managers we had never learned how to use the embroidery machine and kept giving out the wrong discounts on items.
