Overall, it is a pretty inclusive package. Medical, dental, vision, stock options, work from home Fridays, unlimited PTO, catered lunches, flexible work schedules, mgmt. constantly promoting a good work/life balance from, and a fair salary. Most balanced compensation package I have ever had.

I don't feel undervalued, but i don't understand the stocks here and I was told I needed to invest my own money to have equity. Seems odd compared to other jobs
