What did you like most about the interview process?
As a developer I liked that they understood ideas and thought process over writing out clear code on a whiteboard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open. I feel like we always know whats going on with the company. Good or bad. They are very approachable
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows their stuff, and if they don't they are happy to look in to it. So you always feel supported when asking for help and can always communicate what you need
What makes you most happy at work?
As a developer the fact the company embraces new technology quickly and everyone gets excited about trying new things or improving older things. If it works, see if we can make it better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility is amazing. They get that as long as you get your tasks/projects done, on schedule and meet deadlines they don't care if you come in a little late, take a longer lunch etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The work from home fridays help out a lot. They let me have a better work life balance as well as not be disturbed when I need to focus on work for an entire day
