Flexibility for creativity, independence, being trusted, knowing my manager has my back, being valued, always having something to do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their approachability, trust in their employees, and genuine desire to create a great product over just trying to make money

Everyone checking in to see if you needed anything. Being asked how the interview process was going / for feedback towards the end of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish being happy about benefits wasn't a yes or no question. I am very happy with them, but think there could be improvement. 401k matching, bonuses, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the room for flexibility, independence to complete tasks in a way that's most efficient for myself, and mostly the fact that the company actively works so hard to reinforce a positive company culture.
