Revenue growth have been good, so can afford to chose its destiny better than before.

Optimistic but realistic. Promoted a culture of caring for customers by setting a high standard on quality.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Engineering leadership has been focused on growing headcount rather than focusing on improving how teams work better. ICs need to be empowered by giving more ownership, rather that diluting ownership by throwing more people into projects of limited scope.
