Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but i don't understand the stocks here and I was told I needed to invest my own money to have equity. Seems odd compared to other jobs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Extended crunch period without a good idea of when it will end; moving goalposts; too many things are listed as higher priority when they should be lower

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Engineering leadership has been focused on growing headcount rather than focusing on improving how teams work better. ICs need to be empowered by giving more ownership, rather that diluting ownership by throwing more people into projects of limited scope.
