LifeBridge Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Hourly rate is close to average

they are adequate but not impressive

healthcare / health insurance benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cost of living pay raises. Benefits that arent absurdly expensive

Undervalued because I cover other services without compensation

The hospital refused to increase my compensation after remaining stagnant for 10 years. compensation needs to be competitive with the area

Because our equipment to do our job is terrible

Improving employee match on retirement, better pay raises and shift differentials. Also more support from management

not paid as well as most other places

I feel we are underpaid and that other hospitals are paying more for the same job.

I believe my compensation is less than at comparable facilities.
