They listen to the employees
I can't exactly say because I've been through 3 managers. But all 3 are willing to listen to concerns.
The leadership team reminds me of Congress, outdated, self-involved and promotes self interest Leaders here are not chosen on merit, but birthright and nepotism
some of the nicest, caring people I know
I really only know my manager who is wonderful, but am not familiar with the rest of the leadership team.
communicating departmental changes better than before
Let go of people that do not want to work
Reducing turnover rate, more support for staff during all shifts.
they are a very tight old school group
My manager is wonderful but spread too thin. Upper management is expected to do too much and they just don’t have the ability to do it all.
Hourly rate is close to average
they are adequate but not impressive
healthcare / health insurance benefits
Cost of living pay raises. Benefits that arent absurdly expensive
Undervalued because I cover other services without compensation
The hospital refused to increase my compensation after remaining stagnant for 10 years. compensation needs to be competitive with the area
Because our equipment to do our job is terrible
Improving employee match on retirement, better pay raises and shift differentials. Also more support from management
Always ready to help a colleague
quality people who work hard & are committed to state of the art medicine
Coworkers are the only good thing
Everyone is friendly and willing to help
appears to be a consistent theme of workplace values
less gossiping nurse centric organization with mean girl middle school mentality
I do not have to work directly with my team anymore, but generally do not get along with them. We have different work ethics.
it is nice to know we are helping people and their wellbeing
It is the excellent teamwork and dedication to our patients.
The colleagues I work with are always ready to lend a hand
Coworkers make working here better
very fast moving, challenging culture
Literaly everything about LBH has become awful
no tolerance for toxic behavior or discrimination on any level actually live up to the mission statement at your various institutions
all of what has previously mentioned
Better patient ratios, communication with other healthcare professionals and more support
I now work from home so I am very happy.
it was typical and normal interview process
Quick and easy no serious questions asked
The interviewers are transparent with their process. Also quick to contact/reply
Nothing it was slow, and retention took forever
The manager I interviewed with was nice but it took a long time to hear back
Represent the challenges here honestly If you are a minority leader, inform them that it is a title without power
Working and completing tasks assigned to me
a few great co workers
The positive work environment and to know that I help to make a difference.
Taking breaks to decompress from the workload
interaction with our staff & patients
Live up to the ad campaign of caring bravely, put leaders in roles that have the experience and knowledge to solve problems not create diversions Yes cultures don't bring about change
We have been short staffed, hiring new graduates with no experience while losing all of our experienced nurses. Unreasonably high turnover rate. We are expected to do to more and more and more without proper staffing or equipment.
I just think we can be compensated better. I work very hard and always give 110%.
An increase in pay would greatly help because cost of living is going up and our pay is not going up at the same rate.
