Reducing turnover rate, more support for staff during all shifts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Improving employee match on retirement, better pay raises and shift differentials. Also more support from management

What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager I interviewed with was nice but it took a long time to hear back

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have been short staffed, hiring new graduates with no experience while losing all of our experienced nurses. Unreasonably high turnover rate. We are expected to do to more and more and more without proper staffing or equipment.
