Now that I work from home it is better, but I think the company can compensate their employees better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my compensation is less than at comparable facilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really only know my manager who is wonderful, but am not familiar with the rest of the leadership team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I work from home, but before tha5 I worked in the office and found it disruptive as coworkers like to talk a great deal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I do not have to work directly with my team anymore, but generally do not get along with them. We have different work ethics.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
An increase in pay would greatly help because cost of living is going up and our pay is not going up at the same rate.
