I now work from home so I am very happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we are underpaid and that other hospitals are paying more for the same job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just think we can be compensated better. I work very hard and always give 110%.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager is wonderful but spread too thin. Upper management is expected to do too much and they just don’t have the ability to do it all.
