The Department of Pathology at LifeBridge Health has a mission is to deliver high quality, cost effective Pathology services to the people of northwest Baltimore City and County. The standards of professionalism will remain at the highest level to promote a feeling of well-being to both patients and staff. The product of our services will be maintained at the highest level of quality so as to ensure the best diagnostic results for both the patient and the attending physician. In addition, the Department of Pathology will deliver this care with sensitivity to the needs of our Jewish patients and staff and assert traditional Jewish values of excellence, compassion and community concern for all. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Live up to the ad campaign of caring bravely, put leaders in roles that have the experience and knowledge to solve problems not create diversions Yes cultures don't bring about change
We have been short staffed, hiring new graduates with no experience while losing all of our experienced nurses. Unreasonably high turnover rate. We are expected to do to more and more and more without proper staffing or equipment.
I just think we can be compensated better. I work very hard and always give 110%.
An increase in pay would greatly help because cost of living is going up and our pay is not going up at the same rate.
