Anthony K. Battle — Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Lincoln Electric Holdings

Mr. Anthony K. Battle has been Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since 2014 and has been its Chief Compliance Officer since 2015. Mr. Battle has been Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit of The Lincoln Electric Company since April 2015 and 2014 respectively. He served as Vice President of Internal Audit at Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since January 2010. He served as Director of Internal Audit of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since December 31, 2003, responsible for its internal audit and financial compliance function on a worldwide basis. He joined Lincoln in 2003 as Manager of Internal Audit, a position he held until being named to his new assignment. Prior to Lincoln, Mr. Battle was with Owens Corning Inc., as audit manager and spent eight years at TRW, where he held a number of staff and management positions of increasing responsibility in audit and finance, including finance director for a TRW joint venture, plant controller for a California subsidiary, group financial analyst in its automotive electronics group and senior auditor at corporate headquarters. Iin his career, Mr. Battle was also an auditor with First Energy, Inc. and a staff accountant for the certified accounting firm, Smith & Company. He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from John Carroll University. He holds an Executive MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a graduate of Lincoln's International Business Development Program in conjunction with the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Battle is a certified public accountant and a member of several professional organizations, including the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
