Michael S. Mintun — Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing - North America at Lincoln Electric Holdings

Mr. Michael S. Mintun, also known as Mike, serves as a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North America at Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. Mr. Mintun has been Vice President of Sales - North America at Lincoln Electric Company, subsidiary of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since January 1, 2008. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for North America at Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since June 2013 and previously served as its Vice President of Sales for North America until June 2013. He joined Lincoln in 1984 as a Sales Trainee. After completing his training, Mr. Mintun served as a Technical Sales Representative in it's New York and Pittsburgh District offices and advanced through a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the sales organization. Since 1996, he served as District Manager of Lincoln's Southwest Ontario District in Canada. He served as National Accounts Manager for the U.S. since 1997 and Vice President of Sales for Lincoln Electric Canada since 2000. Since 2002, he served as National Sales Manager for the U.S at Lincoln Electric Company and since 2006 Sales Manager for North America. He has also completed the Global Business Development Leadership program at the Thunderbird Garvin School of International Management. He serves as member of the American Welding Society and the Gases and Welding Distributors Association. In 2006, he received the Distinguished Marketing & Sales Award from the Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland (SME) organization. Mr. Mintun earned a B.S. degree in Metallurgy and Material Engineering from Lehigh University.
