Vincent Petrella — Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Lincoln Electric Holdings

Mr. Vincent K. Petrella, also known as Vince, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since October 7, 2005. Mr. Petrella has been an Executive Vice President of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since February 19, 2014. He served as the Corporate Controller of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. from 2001 to 2003 and its Senior Vice President since November 7, 2005. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer for Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. since January 1, 2004 and served as its Vice President from 2001 to 2003 and February 4, 2004 to October 7, 2005. Mr. Petrella joined Lincoln in 1995 as Manager of Internal Audit where he had been responsible for the development and organization of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc.'s internal audit function. He was named Corporate Controller in 1997 and elected an officer of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. in 2001. He was with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 13 years and held a number of management-level positions, including a two-year assignment in the firm's London office. Mr. Petrella has been a Director of Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. since July 2012. Mr. Petrella graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a bachelor of arts in accounting and Business Administration in 1982 and received his Certified Public Accountant in 1984. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
