Company always puts profit before people

My boss offload his work and pettiness into others and when things get too tough for him, he flips out like a toddler and yells and throws his phone st the wall. He holds others back so that he looks better himself and yet, he never holds residents or tenants accountable. This building is falling.

Upper management did little to nothing with helping my community. We were a sinking ship for the better part of the year and NOBODY stepped in. The community i used to work at is still crashing and burning.
