Lionrock Recovery Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I believe the compensation package could be improved in the following areas; medical benefit insurer, compensation for on call shifts, and improved PTO with the addition of sick time.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Hourly, part time with benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

medical taken by many 401k

Review from Customer Success Dept

The health saving fund card

Opportunity to make more if you want to expand your horizons

Review from Customer Success Dept

I am very grateful for the life and disability insurance, it provides a lot of peace of mind.

Review from Finance Dept

Pay is good and it comes with a flexible schedule.

I'm part time and get paid leave and holidays only.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I currently do not have one as a part-time employee, but it seems fair for the 30 plus hours a week employees.

Review from Operations Dept

Best part is my annual salary

Review from Finance Dept

Recent raise, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Review from Customer Success Dept

401K options for PRN work

Review from Operations Dept

I like all the extras.

Comprehensive package and I am satisfied.

FSA is amazing, health benefits are great

Review from Operations Dept

Matching 401k and the paid time off. I am allowed to create my own schedule.

Fair pay and continuing education

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel valued by Lionrock. I think my biggest feedback would be to revamp our PTO. Our work is very meaningful and valuable but also remarkably taxing and 10 days for sick/vacation isn't enough.

Review from Customer Success Dept

per the industry standards, we are on the lower end of the pay structure. Benefits are expensive.

Increase in pay and time off

Review from Customer Support Dept

More recognition in my accomplishments and more constructive guidance on how to continually improve my contributions and performance.

Review from Operations Dept

The insurance and pto is not very good.

If I got a raise whenever one else got one.

Review from Operations Dept

The compensation does not fit the market right now, but there are other things about the job that make it worth it. As someone who has been licensed for many years, I am paid less than some people because they have been with Lionrock longer.

Wages are not competitive by comparison

Review from Customer Success Dept

Increases based on annual review scores, Bonuses based on time with company, effort, complete work, positive client outcomes and work load.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I think the biggest thing that many of us gripe about is that we have insufficient PTO time for a job that is so emotionally draining. It would be nice to have a "sick bucket" and a "self-care/vacation bucket". I will work through illness, otherwise, I have to forfeit my vacation time.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel the on-call system does not compensate for the "down-time" when I have to stay on alert with out doing any other personal or company activity. When I spend three hours this way, I am paid only $6.33/hour.

Review from Customer Success Dept

There hasn't been raises for this year but new hires are getting a substantial signing bonus. It's frustrating because those of us who stayed on during the layoffs/instability aren't getting benefits.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't feel undervalued I just feel that there should be perks and assistance when it comes to creating better compensation.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I had to move to an hourly position and lose my benefits to get higher pay and to avoid working for free. The pay is much less than industry standards and there are NO raises. There is no reason to stay here long term other than being invested in the work this company does.

Review from Customer Success Dept

$40 is a bit on the low side for a fully Licensed Therapist. $55 would be better. I think experience should be taken into consideration.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't feel that my compensation is competitive, nor are we rewarded for stellar performance.

Review from Operations Dept

Not being told that I have "topped out" in pay for my position

Review from Operations Dept

Underpaid for what the market offers in this role.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel valued. The pay is better than most agencies but we need yearly raises and more vacation time.

Review from Operations Dept

You ask for more, yet the pay stays the same. Other remote jobs are offering $60-$75 an hour for W2 positions, with much less demands. It makes it harder to stay.
