I feel valued by Lionrock. I think my biggest feedback would be to revamp our PTO. Our work is very meaningful and valuable but also remarkably taxing and 10 days for sick/vacation isn't enough.

There is little to no diversity and the atmosphere of the company is not the same. It seems that with every raise there is more work some being unnecessary and not the opinion of those that are actually doing the work.

Positions are created out of the blue for people who are liked-others don't have the chance to interview for the positions. People who do well or have longevity with the company don't get recognized. Lack of consistency among supervisors relative to paperwork standards.
