No cost of living increases or merit raises based on contribution to company. Talent. High turnover in the last year. Company has not replaced the loss of talent in key roles. Focus. A real lack of of focus. Too many projects and ideas with no clear goal in sight. A lot of unfinished ideas and projects left on the table.
