What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is ok but bonuses can be good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are varying levels of technology and marketability within the organization. The pay scales seem to be chosen to equalize pay across the titles but that doesn't correlate to external organizations requiring higher technology skillsets.

I was employed at the bottom of salaries for my role when i joined the company and have not been given a significant bump since then. My direct report is making more than i made in a role i occupied 3 years ago.

I rendered so much effort and I promoted but there's no additional salary.

No room for Career development in IT roles, no room for Pay increase and no respect for your job. Can be improved by investing in IT staff even a little bit.
