Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There are varying levels of technology and marketability within the organization. The pay scales seem to be chosen to equalize pay across the titles but that doesn't correlate to external organizations requiring higher technology skillsets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was employed at the bottom of salaries for my role when i joined the company and have not been given a significant bump since then. My direct report is making more than i made in a role i occupied 3 years ago.
