Gordon Hunter — Executive Chairman at Littelfuse

Mr. Gordon B. Hunter has been an Executive Chairman of Littelfuse, Inc., the holding company of Startco Engineering Ltd. since January 1, 2005. Mr. Hunter served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Littelfuse, Inc. from January 1, 2005 to January 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Littelfuse from November 3, 2003 to January 2005. Prior to Littelfuse, he served as Vice President of Intel Communications Group and as its General Manager of Optical Products Group, responsible for managing the access and optical communications business segments from 2002 to 2003. Prior to joining Intel in February 2002, he served as President of Elo Touch Systems Inc. Mr. Hunter served as the Chief Executive Officer of Calmar Optcom since 2001. He also served in a variety of positions during a 20-year career, he served as Vice President of Commercial Electronics of Raychem Corporation and held a variety of sales, marketing, engineering and management positions from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Hunter has been the Vice Chairman of Heinrich Industrie AG since July 19, 2004. He has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Littelfuse Gmbh since July 19, 2004 and has been its Member since May 27, 2004. He has been Independent Director of Veeco Instruments Inc. since June 11, 2010. He has been a Director of Littelfuse, Inc. since June 2002 and CTS Corporation since February 3, 2011. He serves on the Council of Advisors of Shure Incorporated. He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Heinrich Industrie AG since May 27, 2004. He served as a Director of Rubicon Technology Inc. from August 2007 to June 08, 2010. Mr. Hunter holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liverpool at England and an MBA from the London Business School.
