My experience here has been exciting and challenging! The bar is high and the expectations are great. There is much to achieve but the runway to achieve it. It's been a great mixture of support and autonomy. I love the commitment to transparency. So far, a great experience.

I appreciate the open door policy and the transparent communication. They have regular office hours to help with connection and anything that is top of mind.

We are a start up but we don't have start up benefits! We have a good set of benefits that works for me and my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like everyone is cheering everyone on. We are all a bit new, the energy is exciting, and folks want to support each other. I love that.
