What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything! The culture here is clear, the vision is awesome and everyone we bring in has to go through a values interview to ensure they are a right fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency. We had our CEO join our DEI committee to explain a situation that happened and what Lively's reaction to it was. I've never been part of a company that is that transparent.
