The transparency. We had our CEO join our DEI committee to explain a situation that happened and what Lively's reaction to it was. I've never been part of a company that is that transparent.
Transparent, empathetic, will go out of their way to solve problems, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do anything needed to push the business forward.
