Mr. Daniel R. Murphy, also known as Dan has been the Chief Financial Officer of LivePerson Inc. since May 3, 2011 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Murphy served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nubella LLC. He has over 20 years of executive financial experience and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance, human resource and administration functions for Conductor Inc. Prior to joining Conductor Inc., he served the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Marketing Technology Solutions/Qualityhealth. com, where he held concurrent responsibility for finance, technology, operations and consumer marketing functions while delivering consistent double digit revenue growth. He joined Marketing Technology Solutions in the fall of 2004. Prior to Marketing Technology Solutions in 2004, he held several senior executive positions with Thomson Financial, including Chief Financial Officer of its Investment Management Group and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sale, Marketing and Service. During his decade-long tenure at Thomson, he was responsible for a number of different functional areas. His accomplishments include the integration of several key acquisitions and the dispensation of innumerable non-strategic assets. He began his career at the global financial services firm Ernst and Young, where he served as a Senior Accountant. He holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
