Listening and being open to ideas. Respecting their employees and treat them as they would like to be treated.
They provide a very good amount of time off, however the work life balance does not allow you to take such time off.

They are great minds at LivePerson. Unfortunately they do not go recognized due to middle management and leadership.

The sense of looking out for each other in turbulent times.
There is no culture. They don't follow their own guiding principles. Everyone works hard but there is no reward at the end of the day. You get a paycheck, but the hours you put in aren't adequate to the amount you are paid being salaried.

It certainly isn't what it used to be. The moral has changed drastically and so did the quality of new employees.
