Awful company, terrible CEO - You could write a book on how to not run a company - the CEO would probably want to write the foreward!.

relatively quick (they clearly needed people to join!)

The sense of looking out for each other in turbulent times.

Fantastic local teams, - could be phenomenally successful if the CEO didnt try to change the company strategy every 3 minutes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many things to put here - but ultimately driven from the Top. Im sure the stock price would triple if the CEO left!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being aware, empathetic, thinking about something beyond the next 2 months, what the impact of terminating large numbers of employees has on the wider organisation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leaders at LP think that pay is the reason everyone works, as long as they pay you ok, they dont need to care about anything else.
